Top 3 Places to Visit in the U.S.

Last week, the Today Show, shared winners of Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards.  You guessed  it,  Charleston, S.C. made the Top 3 list of Cities in the US!  Charleston, SC beat New York City out of the number 2 spot for best U.S. city to visit.  San Francisco remained number 1 and New York City fell to number 3.  Additionally, The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, SC, about 20 minutes South of Charleston, was ranked #3 of Top Resorts on the Mainland U.S.  Pretty impressive for little ol' Charleston.  Charleston, SC is beautiful, historic, charming, hospitable and full of great restaurants, beaches, golf courses, shopping and more! Come and visit and you'll fall in love and want to relocate!

Wow- Congrats! You sure picked the right place to live and sell real estate!  Where is Seattle on that list? :)

Thanks for sharing, Nicole Weidauer

Larry-Would be a great place to celebrate a wedding anniversary. It's expensive but worth the visit!

Melissa concurs with me :)

Nicole-It only named the top 3. No idea if Seattle made the list :)

Edna-If your clients do not have an agent yet, I'd love to referral :)

Debi-Not sure where the photo came from. My assistant downloaded it to my computer. It's a popular place called Shem Creek.

More great news!!  I'm not at all surprised.  It is such a beautiful and historic town.  We are transplants but really enjoy it!  We just recently staged a home in Kiawah and regularly stage on Seabrook (right around the corner from Kiawah).  I certainly can understand why it rates so highy!

The caviar, blini and vodka appetizer is worth reserving when you make your room reservation.  I have dreams about the Ocean room caviar.

Michele, Charleston is a place that I would very much like to visit.  A friend and I were talking about it this weekend.  He visited a few years ago and said that it is his favorite city that he has visited.
