I hope this is some real estate humor you can all appreciate! Hopefully it will not be the case on your street. I hope that by this time next year, we can all look back at this crisis and know the worst is behind us and that the future ahead is bright.

Sad but true
This is cute.....
It is even on the front page of our Mortgage company. www.smibackoffice.com Thanks for sharing.
lol, that is funny but somewhat sad and true.
This is funny!, Great job..
Really cute! Hopefully not true for all the trick or treaters who will be out there this year!
Hi Michele, OMG, I have a rental here in town, and 5! of the houses around it are in foreclosure. That could be my street!
good grief! Cute cartoon.

This is funny but also sad. I hope, too, that this isn't the case for most people!
Warm Regards, Nicole Weidauer
Weird but in my neighborhood, there are fewer homes for sale now than there were 6 months ago... several that are 'for sale' have 'pending' or 'under contract' signs.... I veiw this as a good sign!
Good Morning Michele! This really sums up the way it is out there. And a sentiment shared by many -- my daughter usually trick or treats with a friend in her friend's neighborhood. Just yesterday (seriously!) - I called to set the plans and her mom says, "No one lives on my street anymore - can we go to a different neighborhood?"! I will share your post with her - she'll get a great laugh! Thank you! -- Gabrielle
